Thai PGx Landscape Database
Thai PGx Landscape Database is a pharmacogenomic resource established with the goal to
provide a global view of genetic variations in pharmacogenes of the Thai population based on
whole genome sequencing data. The current release of the database includes data from 14,467
unrelated individuals sequenced from various disease-specific and population genetic studies.
The database offers a search feature based on gene name or the related drug name. For genes
with CPIC drug dosing guidelines, the frequencies of diplotypes and metabolizer statuses with
the relevant drug dosing guideline are provided. The frequencies of alleles with the reported
associated adverse drug reactions are also shown for the HLA genes. For all genes, all single
variants with the information of their effects on gene function and their allele frequencies are
displayed.
